About Jack Jewell

I discovered Five Element Acupuncture in 2007 and realised that I wanted to be a practitioner soon after my first treatment. Up until that time, I hadn’t ever really felt as if I were in the driving seat of my own life experience, I was used to a life time of reactions and habits that didn’t feel as if they were my own and as a consequence I was majorly out of alignment. Since having regular treatment my life has completely transformed. I feel more like myself and I have had no health complaints.

I started training in 2010 at the London Institute of Five Element Acupuncture (LIFEA) but quickly realised that it wasn’t the right time for me. I then went on to the School of Oriental and African Studies where I graduated with a BA(Hons) in Japanese Studies. Moments away from confirming my place for an MA course at the Prince’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts, I searched for somewhere to learn Five Element Acupuncture again. When I saw that Gabriella and Michael (who had taught me at LIFEA) had opened a school, I knew that my dream of being a Five Element Acupuncturist was going to be realised.

Since graduating in 2018 I have established a thriving practise in Bethnal Green, where I continue to learn, every day, about this most wonderful and classical healing art.
